Let's explore negotiating the reality you want, healing and tools to strengthen your mental health. Therapy can be an empowering space, including for your relationship, career, men's issues, self-esteem, assertiveness, and transformation goals and challenges. I offer an oasis to safely learn more about yourself and grow, protected by confidentiality and unconditional positive regard. My life experience includes having worked as a family law lawyer for over four years, and I’m a husband and father. I focus on individual therapy and couples therapy through Bastion Therapy. As a co-traveller within sessions, I focus on creating that crucial empathetic environment where we can explore underlying patterns that impact how you act and think, and the building of the empowering alternatives you want. Therapy with me is grounded, collaborative, compassionate and real. Starting therapy is courageous. Your story, goals, hardships, feelings, values and desires matter, and we can discuss tools you can use towards your mental health and therapy goals.
