About
I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover inner strength. With an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University, I support those facing anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I offer compassionate, collaborative in-person and virtual therapy across Ontario in a safe, supportive space for growth.
Biography
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe you’re caring for a loved one, grieving a loss, or navigating a major life change that has left you exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. You want space to make sense of what you’re carrying, to feel supported instead of stressed, and to move through this chapter with more clarity and steadiness. I support adults navigating grief, caregiving stress, and life transitions. Through a calm, reflective space, we explore what you’re carrying and help you build insight, grounding, and coping strategies that fit your needs and pace. Starting therapy during grief or caregiving strain can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you're ready to understand what you’re carrying and move forward with more clarity, I’d be honoured to support you. Reaching out is a brave and meaningful step toward caring for yourself.
