I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, and my work is grounded in compassion and a client‑centred approach. I support children, youth, and adults through online therapy, offering a safe and non‑judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My therapeutic approach is rooted in solution‑focused, strength‑based, and evidence‑informed frameworks. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, working collaboratively with you to understand what’s been weighing on you and to move toward the balance, clarity, and peace you’ve been seeking. In addition to individual therapy, I offer School Navigation Counselling to help students and families better understand and move through the school system with confidence. I focus on identifying barriers to learning and supporting both academic and emotional needs. I also practice through an anti‑oppressive, intersectional, and trauma‑informed lens, integrating my lived experience to affirm and validate each client’s unique story. I have experience supporting clients navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, racial trauma, depression, self‑esteem concerns, identity‑related challenges, and overall mental wellness. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, deepen your self‑awareness, and build the tools you need to thrive.
