Biography

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of Inner Hero Clinic, with 18 years of experience across clinical, community, and professional settings. My work is rooted in a simple belief: healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the patterns that helped you survive. I specialize in relational trauma, narcissistic and emotional abuse, trauma bonds, attachment wounds, inner-child and parts work, identity and self-worth, boundary rebuilding, grief, anxiety, emotional regulation, and the complexities of post-separation and high-conflict relationships. I also work with neurodivergent individuals, culturally diverse clients, South Asian communities, LGBTQIA+ clients, high-functioning professionals, corporate leaders, and therapists seeking support for themselves. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, relational, culturally responsive, and deeply collaborative. I draw from modalities including IFS, CBT/TF-CBT, DBT, somatic and nervous-system approaches, Narrative Therapy, ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-focused interventions. Through Inner Hero Clinic, I provide individual, couples and family therapy, teen therapy, group therapy, specialized workshops, and dedicated therapy for therapists. I have also facilitated 25+ specialized narcissistic-abuse recovery groups since 2024. I believe meaningful therapy goes beyond symptom management. It helps people understand their patterns, reclaim their voice, rebuild self-trust, and develop the capacity to live with greater clarity, autonomy, boundaries, and purpose.
