Renee Crossan
Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW)
As a therapist, my goal is to provide guidance and support as you navigate difficult times. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, imposter syndrome, relationship issues, grief, and the lingering effects of trauma. I am particularly passionate about working with women diagnosed with ADHD, helping them navigate the complexities of their experience. Having faced my own challenges, I understand how important it is to have someone in your corner.
I believe that therapy is a partnership, where we work together to identify your goals and create a personalized plan for your recovery. In my eight years as a social worker, I have helped individuals from all walks of life and feel that everyone’s story is unique and deserves to be heard. I celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive space where you feel valued and understood. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, to tailor our work to your specific needs.
I focus on creating a judgment-free space where you can feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can work on practical strategies to help you manage stress, improve your relationships, and rediscover joy in your daily life. Imagine waking up with a clearer mind, ready to embrace the day with renewed energy and hope.
If you are ready to take the next step toward healing, I invite you to reach out. Let’s start this journey together.
