About
I know how important it is to find a therapist that who truly understands you. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for healing and personal growth. I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where you can openly share your experiences, allowing us to work collaboratively on your journey toward resilience and self-discovery.
Biography
Although you may feel broken, I don’t see therapy as fixing you. I see it as helping you reconnect with your authentic self—the part of you that got lost while trying to navigate everything life has thrown at you. I work with people who are currently dealing with relational stress or who are recovering from the harms of a past relationship. Maybe you’re in a dynamic that leaves you feeling anxious, confused, or like you’re constantly walking on eggshells. Maybe you’re sorting through the impact of narcissistic or emotionally harmful patterns and wondering what healthy connection can actually feel like for you. You might be tired of putting everyone else first and ready to start trusting yourself again. I’m a registered social worker (RSW) and certified narcissistic abuse treatment clinician offering virtual counselling for adults. My style is warm, honest, and down‑to‑earth: we’ll work together to understand what’s happening, calm your nervous system, and build boundaries and choices that feel true to you. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again and less like a reaction to someone else’s behaviour, I’d be glad to meet you for a free consultation so we can see if working together feels like a good fit.
