Biography
Accepting New Clients - Feeling like your mind doesn't slow down, no matter how hard you try? Are you overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns or a day-to-day that you're not sure how to step out of? Are you navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, or chronic health challenges and haven't felt like you've found that right place to turn? Maybe you’re trying to understand yourself more clearly or figure out how to move forward in a way that actually feels sustainable. Together, we can slow things down, build insight, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life. We'll start with a free consult call. I work with individuals 16+ from diverse backgrounds, including 2SLGBTQA+ and neurodivergent communities, as well as those living with chronic illness or disability. While completing my Masters degree, I offer a space that is affirming, compassionate, and non-judgmental, where you can show up as you are, without that mask we carry, moment to moment. My work is shaped by CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP, and trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approaches. I support clients with anxiety, burnout, OCD and phobias, ADHD, grief, life transitions, women's health, and chronic health concerns. Our therapy space adapts, with a focus on connection, emotional regulation, and practical strategies that fit your life.
