Ieeia Currie

Ieeia Currie is a Christian Black Clinical Social Worker. She founded Whole Me Counseling PLLC to provide Holy Trinity, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit faith based mental health services. Ieeia earned her Masters of Social Work from Simmons University, specializing in trauma and interpersonal violence. She works with individuals to encourage healing from complex traumatic experiences, using evidence-based and holistic practices. Her passions is working to educate Christian and Black communities on the importance of prioritizing mental health and caring for the whole person. She taught and influenced the next generation of mental health providers at a Christian University. Ieeia is a Christian mental health speaker, author, advocate and mentor for HBCU students entering the mental health field. Ieeia Continues to advocate for underserved individuals and communities.
