About
Life can change in unexpected ways, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. I work with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, grief, burnout, and cultural adjustment. Together, we'll explore your story, build on your strengths, and find a way forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Biography
Life doesn't always unfold the way we imagined. A relationship ends. Grief changes us. Parenting feels overwhelming. Work becomes exhausting. Moving to a new country means trying to build a life while holding on to the values and traditions that shaped you. During these seasons, it's easy to feel stuck, alone, or uncertain about what comes next. My role is to help you make sense of where you are today and support you as you move forward with greater confidence and purpose. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a place where you feel judged or expected to have everything figured out. Every person brings a unique story shaped by their relationships, culture, family, faith, and life experiences. As an immigrant, I understand that navigating different cultures can bring both opportunities and challenges. If your Christian faith is important to you, it can be thoughtfully incorporated into therapy in a way that respects your values and goals. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, burnout, parenting challenges, cultural adjustment, grief, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're working through conflict in your marriage, adjusting to separation, balancing family responsibilities, or trying to rediscover stability after a difficult season, therapy offers a place to slow down, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward. Our first sessions are about getting to know you—not just the problem that brought you to therapy. Together, we'll explore your concerns, identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop a plan that fits your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, integrating these approaches to support your unique circumstances and goals. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University while practicing under clinical supervision. Before entering the counselling profession, I spent more than Ten years supporting individuals and families through leadership, human resources, and community service. Those experiences continue to shape my practical, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach to therapy
