About
I offer support for individuals dealing with anxiety, including high-functioning anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, and phobias, including animal-related fears. Many of my clients come in with relationship struggles. I also specialize in pet loss, and anxiety related to pets.
Biography
You might be dealing with intrusive thoughts that don’t seem to make sense, or feel difficult to control. Perhaps you notice anxiety, perfectionism, or OCD-related patterns showing up in your relationships, making it harder to feel at ease with others or even with yourself. At times, things may feel overwhelming or confusing, as if something is happening internally that you don’t fully understand. You may also be navigating experiences of loss or relationship challenges that others don’t always recognize or validate, including the loss of a pet. If this resonates with you, know that these are experiences we can work through together. Many of my clients come in with similar concerns, even if they initially struggle to put them into words. What I offer is a space of careful listening, not judgment. Over the past decades, I have been deeply engaged in both clinical practice and research, which allows me to build a strong bridge between these two areas and offer care that is both deeply human and evidence-based. More than applying techniques, I bring an attentive perspective and a thoughtful, careful way of listening. Regardless of the approach used, I prioritize building a meaningful connection, so you can feel supported as we work through your difficulties, whatever they may be. My fee is $150 for individual therapy and $165 for couples therapy.
