What is an anxiety disorder?
Anxiety disorders involve persistent, excessive fear or worry that is disproportionate to the situation and significantly interferes with daily life. The timeline depends on the severity of your anxiety, any co-occurring conditions, and how consistently you practise skills between sessions.
