We specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, couples and relationship therapy using the Gottman Method, and evidence-informed care for individuals and families, delivered through in-person and secure virtual therapy sessions.

I help clients navigate emotional overwhelm, trauma, sexual compulsivity, grief, and identity challenges through a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and mindfulness-based approach. Together, we foster insight, healing, and connection.

Therapy can provide opportunities to reflect on the aspects of your life you’d like to change, as well as to explore new ways of seeing and being seen, of connecting and responding to yourself and others.
